Bakeyy - Delivery and Proof of Delivery Policy

  1. Proof of Delivery Requests: If a customer requests proof of delivery, Bakeyy will contact the courier company on their behalf. It may take up to 72 hours for the courier company to respond with the necessary documentation or proof. Customers will be notified as soon as the proof is received.

  2. Return to Origin (RTO) Dispatch: In cases where a package is marked as "Return to Origin" (RTO) due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unavailability of the recipient, Bakeyy will re-dispatch the product under the following conditions:

    • If the product is available in stock, we will re-dispatch the item within 72 hours after confirming the issue with the courier company.
    • If the product is not available, customers will need to wait until we receive the original parcel back from the courier before we can resend it. Once received, redelivery will be initiated within 72 hours.
  3. Delay in Delivery Due to Courier Issues: If there is a delay in delivery caused by the courier company (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues), Bakeyy will provide updates to customers as soon as we are informed by the courier service. In such cases, delays may extend beyond the original delivery estimate, and we request patience as we work to resolve the situation.

  4. Missing or Damaged Shipments: In the event of a missing or damaged shipment, customers are required to notify Bakeyy within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Bakeyy will then coordinate with the courier company to investigate the issue. Please note that the investigation process may take up to 7 business days depending on the courier's policies.

  5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to Bakeyy or held at the courier's local office. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery. If redelivery is required, it will be processed after the package is returned to our facility and verified, which can take up to 72 hours.
