Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500. For orders below this value, a standard shipping rate applies based on the weight and volume of your items. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the live movement of your shipment through our courier partners.
What is your policy if items arrive damaged during transit?
We take utmost care in packing our supplies securely. However, if you receive a damaged or broken item, please share an unboxing video or photos with our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund to make it right.
