Gloripan Instant Dry Yeast is one of the most efficient and reliable yeasts available for home and professional bakers. Instructions for use: Add 2 teaspoons of yeast to warm (not hot) water (approx. 38°C) along with 2 teaspoons of sugar and stir well. Set aside for 10 minutes until the mixture turns foamy and activated. Then mix with your flour or recipe ingredients.
