1. The package received by you must be in original unused condition to accept the return request. It must be sent to the dispatch center within 7 Days from the date you received it.

   The items must be sent by the customer and BAKEYY shall not bear the shipping cost for return of goods.

   We accept a exchange only during the following situations:

   • The original package must be retained
   • Items must be unused
   • If the items are damaged during delivery or if it does not meet the specification as per the order.

   • Once we receive the goods & verifying the condition, we’ll send you a Discount Coupon Code for the value of the item(s).
   • This Discount Coupon Code can be utilized against any future purchase from our website, either immediately or within 30days from the date of a credit note.
   • Please email us the credit note ahead of making your future purchase.

    NOTE: As per our policies we do not serve CASH REFUNDS for the items purchased & we allow customer to buy other product in the place of unsatisfied returned products

   If Customer still insists on cash refunds please allow us 3 to 4 weeks of time to process your refund

   Cancellation Policy

   • 10% of your order must be paid before it is shipped out if you decide to cancel it.
   • Partial cancellation in terms of reducing the number of items is possible unless it violates with the minimum order quantity norms for that particular item.
   • Cancellation of an order is not possible for customized products.
   • If the order is shipped, cancellation would not be possible unless the item is damaged and not delivered on time.

   Requests received later than 7 business days and before the end of the current Cancellation service period will be considered as cancellation of products.

   Refund Policy
   
   On acceptance of a cancellation request, the refund will be processed within 3 to 4 weeks. The mode of refund will be through NEFT or Payment Gateway. Please note that a 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
   
   If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

3. Transportation or Bus (Urgent and Bulk Orders): When urgency or bulkiness is a factor, our transportation or bus option steps in. It's faster and cheaper compared to other methods. Transportation costs for boxes weighing around 20 kgs (Can vary more or less) range from 100 to 300 rupees for South India and 400 to 700 rupees for North India. While providing swift delivery, please note that transportation costs are to be covered by the customer. Your orders will be available for pickup at the nearest station, ensuring easy access for you. Kindly be advised that we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
