Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. To ensure a fast and secure checkout process, all orders must be prepaid. We accept all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Are there any hidden costs like taxes added at checkout?
No, the prices listed on our product pages are inclusive of all taxes. The only additional charge you might see at checkout is a shipping fee, depending on your order value.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500. For orders below this value, a standard shipping rate applies based on the weight and volume of your items. Please note: The ₹1,500 free shipping threshold does not apply to Bakeyy Super Users, as different shipping benefits and terms apply to those accounts at checkout.
How can I track the exact status of my order?
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the live movement of your shipment through our courier partners.
What is your policy if items arrive damaged during transit?
We take utmost care in packing our supplies securely. However, if you receive a damaged or broken item, please share an unboxing video or photos with our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund to make it right.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We’re happy to help you modify or cancel your order before it gets dispatched! Just contact our support team on WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible to make changes. Please keep in mind that a 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.
