Super Dark Chocolate Couverture is a high quality dark chocolate with about 55.5% cocoa content, made from cocoa mass, cocoa butter and sugar. It is formulated as couverture chocolate for professional use in ganache, truffles, moulded chocolates, bars, coatings and dessert applications.
The chocolate gives a rich cocoa taste, smooth melt and glossy finish when properly tempered. Suitable for artisanal chocolatiers, bakeries, pastry shops and premium dessert kitchens.
