We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500. For orders below this value, a standard shipping rate applies based on the weight and volume of your items. Please note: The ₹1,500 free shipping threshold does not apply to Bakeyy Super Users & Bakeyy24, as different shipping benefits and terms apply to those accounts at checkout.

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the live movement of your shipment through our courier partners.

We take utmost care in packing our supplies securely. However, if you receive a damaged or broken item, please share an unboxing video or photos with our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund to make it right.

We’re happy to help you modify or cancel your order before it gets dispatched! Just contact our support team on WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible to make changes. Please keep in mind that a 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.
