1. Price Match Guarantee

We strive to offer the best prices in the market. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a competitor, we will match or beat it (valid proof to be provided).

2. Membership & Minimum Order Requirements

To maintain an active Bakeyy Super membership, businesses must meet the following conditions:

  • Minimum Cart Value: ₹5,000. At least one order must be placed each month to maintain membership. Failure to meet this may result in suspension or removal from the program.
  • Order Frequency: At least one order per month is mandatory to retain membership benefits.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy with a no questions asked guarantee if the required conditions are met:

  • Eligibility: Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, with no questions asked if a valid unboxing video is provided.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim, return, or refund request.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return or reverse shipping charges.
  • Order Cancellations: A 2% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Flexible Shipping: Multiple options available, including courier services, transport pickup, and express deliveries.
  • Bulk Order Benefits:
    • Orders above ₹10,000: Eligible for transport by bus.
    • Orders above ₹25,000: Free transport pickup or delivery to a designated point.

5. Damage & Claims Policy

  • Transit Damage: Bakeyy Super does not cover damages caused during transit. We ensure secure packaging, but liability rests with the logistics provider.
  • Claims Process: Claims for missing, defective, or incorrect items must include a clear, continuous unboxing video as proof.

6. Program Compliance & Membership Removal

To ensure fairness and efficiency, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or Remove Members who do not meet program requirements, including order frequency and minimum cart value.
  • Deny Membership Renewal for members who repeatedly violate policies or fail to maintain an active purchasing history.
