Courier & Shipping
1. Customers are requested to use a reliable courier service for returns.
2. All shipping charges, including forward and return shipping, will be borne by the customer.
Return Intimation
1. To initiate a return, customers must call or WhatsApp us with their Order Number and reason for return at +91 7483089262.
2. Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared at the time of reporting for approval of returns.
Package Details
Please ensure the Order Number and Registered Mobile Number are clearly mentioned on the return package.
After Dispatch
Once dispatched, kindly share:
1. An image of the packed parcel.
2. The courier slip / tracking details.
Product Condition
Returned products must be:
1. Unused and unopened.
2. In original condition.
3. Securely and properly packed.
Return Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Courier Proof
If the return parcel is not received by us, customers may be requested to provide courier proof of delivery.
Verification Process
Once the return is received, our Returns Team will verify the item and contact you within 72 hours.

1. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable

6. Returns for these items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
1. The original packaging is retained
2. The product is unused
3. The item is damaged during delivery or does not match the order specifications

4. Exchange Process
1. Products must be returned in original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
2. WhatsApp your Order Number and reason for exchange to +91 8247815911.
3. Upon acknowledgement from BAKEYY, courier the product to our return address.
4. Share tracking details via WhatsApp (+91 7483089262) or email.
5. After inspection and approval, a Store credit equivalent to the item value will be issued.

Refunds are not encouraged. Customers are advised to opt for alternative products wherever possible
5. Cancellation & Store Credit Policy
Cancellation Charges
1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
2. A 10% cancellation fee will be applicable on cancelled orders to cover payment gateway and processing costs.
3. Partial cancellations are allowed unless they violate Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.
4. Customized products cannot be cancelled.
5. Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled, except in cases of damage or delayed delivery.

Order Modification Option (Recommended)
1. Instead of cancelling, customers may choose to add or remove products or change sizes, subject to MOQ and provided the order has not been shipped.
2. No additional modification fee applies
3. If there is any price difference due to a change in product or size, the difference amount will be charged accordingly
Store Credit Option (Recommended)
Customers may opt for Store Credit instead of a refund to avoid the 10% cancellation fee.

2. Credit card refunds will be credited to the original card used

7. Seasonal / Festival Products Policy
1. Seasonal or festival-specific products (including but not limited to Christmas, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, New Year, and similar occasions) are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
2. This applies to all seasonal products placed or booked within 10 days prior to the respective festival or occasion.
3. Once such orders are confirmed, no modifications, cancellations, returns, refunds, or store credits will be applicable.
