After Dispatch

1. An image of the packed parcel.

Product Condition

Returned products must be:
1. Unused and unopened.
2. In original condition.
3. Securely and properly packed.

Return Timeline

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Courier Proof

If the return parcel is not received by us, customers may be requested to provide courier proof of delivery.

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

1. The original packaging is retained
2. The product is unused
3. The item is damaged during delivery or does not match the order specifications

4. Exchange Process

1. Products must be returned in original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
2. WhatsApp your Order Number and reason for exchange to +91 8247815911.
3. Upon acknowledgement from BAKEYY, courier the product to our return address.
4. Share tracking details via WhatsApp (+91 7483089262) or email.
5. After inspection and approval, a Store credit equivalent to the item value will be issued.

5. Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

Cancellation Charges

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
2. A 10% cancellation fee will be applicable on cancelled orders to cover payment gateway and processing costs.
3. Partial cancellations are allowed unless they violate Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.
4. Customized products cannot be cancelled.
5. Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled, except in cases of damage or delayed delivery.

7. Seasonal / Festival Products Policy

1. Seasonal or festival-specific products (including but not limited to Christmas, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, New Year, and similar occasions) are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
2. This applies to all seasonal products placed or booked within 10 days prior to the respective festival or occasion.

Shipping Options

  • Local Pickup (Bangalore Residents): Customers in Bangalore can pick up their orders from our designated location at No 1/13, 1st floor, Mysore Rd, New Guddadahalli, Guddadahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560026. Alternatively, they can book Dunzo or Porter services for pickup.
  • Courier (Standard Option): Our reliable courier service is the standard shipping choice. Pricing is based on item weight, ensuring fair costs. Your packages will be handled with care and delivered to your doorstep promptly.
    Free Courier Shipping is available on orders above ₹1500.
    Note: Free shipping is not applicable for Bakeyy Super Users or when bulk discounts are applied to the order.
  • Transportation or Bus (Urgent and Bulk Orders): For urgent or bulk shipments, transportation via bus is available. It is often faster and more cost-effective than other methods.
    • Costs for ~20kg boxes:
      • South India: ₹100 - ₹300
      • North India: ₹400 - ₹700
    Customers must cover transportation costs, and pickup is at the nearest station. Note: Bakeyy is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.

Delivery and Proof of Delivery Policy

Proof of Delivery Requests

If a customer requests proof of delivery, Bakeyy will contact the courier on their behalf. The courier may take up to 72 hours to respond with the required documentation. Customers will be notified promptly upon receipt of this information.

  • Request Period: As per courier policy, proof of delivery must be requested within 48 hours of an order being marked as delivered.

Return to Origin (RTO) Dispatch

If a package is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or unavailability of the recipient, we will re-dispatch under these conditions:

  • In-stock products: Redelivery within 72 hours after courier confirmation.
  • Out-of-stock products: Redelivery after the original parcel is received back, within 72 hours.

Delay in Delivery Due to Courier Issues

If delays occur due to courier-related issues (e.g., weather, strikes, operational delays), Bakeyy will provide updates as soon as we receive information from the courier. Some delays may extend beyond the estimated timeframe.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If an order is missing or damaged, customers must notify Bakeyy within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 7 business days.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to Bakeyy or held at the courier’s local office.

  • Customers will bear additional shipping costs for redelivery.
  • Redelivery will be initiated after the package is returned to our facility, which may take up to 72 hours.
